Oreos and Peanut Butter

I feel so much better now that I am 18 WEEKS! I've passed the stage of constant nausea and can finally enjoy food again. I occasionally feel kind of icky or under-the-weather, but I find that I can still make it through the day with a smile on my face.

Now that I am feeling better, I am in the blogging mood again. BUT, I don't have much to write about today. So while I'm enjoying a couple of oreos dipped in peanut butter, I thought I'd make mention of the fact that I have rejoined the human race and am once again excited about my bulging belly (that I can still hide pretty well), the preparations for our move to Texas, and the countdown to the end of school (only 12 more weeks!).

My Phone-y Valentine

Ben has needed a new phone for a while and we decided it was about time he and I were on a shared plan, so he did his research and decided on the one he wanted:
The Droid. So Happy Valentine's Day Ben! We bought him a smartphone. He LOVES it. Ben really likes to play with gadgets and this new phone has kept him very busy. He loves to download new apps, take pictures, and look things up on the internet. Anytime anyone has a question he says, "I got it!" and pulls out his phone and Googles it.

Ben and I were able to spend the Valentine's Day weekend with my parents this year. Ben took a lot of pictures with his new phone. It was a fairly warm day, so we decided to go miniature golfing (yes, in February). Being golfers, Ben and Dad were both very technical. Mom and I would just whack at it (or swing and miss several times, in Mom's case...) and see where the ball ended up. Funny how she and I sometimes did better. :)
Ben wanted to see if anyone was home at the Haunted House. And I had to rest a lot because I tire so easily these days. The morning sickness is really terrible, but my pregnancy is progressing well. I can't wait to get past this first trimester...
